Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 ounces chicken breast, boneless, cooked
  • 1/4 cup lettuce, romaine, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons black beans, uncooked
  • 2 tablespoons corn, canned
  • 2 tablespoons tomato, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon onion, red, chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 corn tortilla, 6-inch

Preparation
