  4. what if I want to register but my Body Mass Index (BMI) is too low?

    If your Body Mass Index is below the healthy range of 18.5-24.9, your body fat level may be low. alli is a weight-loss aid intended for individuals who are overweight. So alli is not right for you.

    You will not be able to complete registration for myalliplan. It’s a good idea to talk with your doctor about reaching a BMI that’s right for your body type. If you would like more information, please contact us or call customer service at 1-800-671-2554 M-F, 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. ET.

  5. what if I want to register but I have symptoms of an eating disorder?

    If you are currently experiencing symptoms of an eating disorder, you will not be able to complete registration for myalliplan. We suggest you talk with your doctor about your eating habits and your interest in dieting. If you think you may have an eating disorder and you’ve purchased alli, you can contact us [links to CU] or call customer service at 1-800-671-2554, M-F, 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. ET.

  6. can I use myalliplan without purchasing alli?

    We’re sorry, but myalliplan was designed specifically to work with alli capsules. You will not be able to register with myalliplan without purchasing alli and entering the alli code online. The code is located on the inside cover of the Welcome Guide (also known as the “Hi” Guide), found in the alli starter pack. For the alli refill pack, the code is inside the cover of the Companion Guide.

    You can use alli capsules without using myalliplan. But this is not recommended. Keep in mind that this plan was developed by clinical weight-loss experts to provide you the feedback and guidance necessary to help you succeed. The power of the alli program is the combination of both the FDA-approved pill with the individually tailored plan.

  7. how do I complete my first myalliplan check-in?

    In order to help ease you into myalliplan, the alli 1-2-3 Start Plan was created to give daily tips and lessons on how to begin taking alli and to introduce you to myalliplan. This plan is a 10-day program that you will complete before your first check-in.

    On the last day of your Start Plan program, you will be able to complete your first check-in. There will be a button to “check in now” in the “Your 1-2-3 Start Plan Lesson” box on your myalliplan home page. From here you will be able to enter your weight, fill out a brief survey about your past week on alli, and you will receive your next weekly step and action plan.

    The results from your weigh-in and survey will be displayed as charts in your “my progress” section of your myalliplan home page. You will not actually enter information into this area, but if needed, you do have the option to edit past check-in weights in your weight chart. Please note: your “activity” tab will not contain a chart until an activity question is included in your survey.

    Your future check-ins will be on the day (Mon.-Sun.) you selected during registration, beginning the following week (a check-in will be not be scheduled within 7 days of a previous check-in).
