In order to help ease you into myalliplan, the alli 1-2-3 Start Plan was created to give daily tips and lessons on how to begin taking alli and to introduce you to myalliplan. This plan is a 10-day program that you will complete before your first check-in.
On the last day of your Start Plan program, you will be able to complete your first check-in. There will be a button to “check in now” in the “Your 1-2-3 Start Plan Lesson” box on your myalliplan home page. From here you will be able to enter your weight, fill out a brief survey about your past week on alli, and you will receive your next weekly step and action plan.
The results from your weigh-in and survey will be displayed as charts in your “my progress” section of your myalliplan home page. You will not actually enter information into this area, but if needed, you do have the option to edit past check-in weights in your weight chart. Please note: your “activity” tab will not contain a chart until an activity question is included in your survey.
Your future check-ins will be on the day (Mon.-Sun.) you selected during registration, beginning the following week (a check-in will be not be scheduled within 7 days of a previous check-in).
