ingredients
- 1 pound green beans, boiled, drained
- ½ pound carrots, chopped
- 1 cup nonfat/skim milk
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, to taste
preparation
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place vegetables in a glass baking dish that has been lightly coated with cooking spray.
- Pour milk over top and sprinkle with pepper.
- Top with Parmesan cheese and bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is golden. Serve hot.
