ingredients

  • 1 pound green beans, boiled, drained
  • ½ pound carrots, chopped
  • 1 cup nonfat/skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, to taste

preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Place vegetables in a glass baking dish that has been lightly coated with cooking spray.
  • Pour milk over top and sprinkle with pepper.
  • Top with Parmesan cheese and bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is golden. Serve hot.
